Hi! I'm Nicole :)

I’ve spent the last 27 years working at the intersection of product design, technology, and human behavior—inside large, complex organizations and alongside teams navigating real constraints.

I’ve led and influenced product and design work at companies like Amazon, Target, and Best Buy, where the stakes are high, the systems are intricate, and decisions ripple far beyond a single team or product.

Today, I bring that experience to organizations grappling with AI-driven change—helping them move forward in ways that are human-led, AI-enabled, and systems-minded, rather than reactive or extractive.

AI is accelerating how products are built and how decisions are made. Without clear judgment and shared context, that acceleration often leads to misalignment, rework, and erosion of trust.

My approach to AI is grounded in experience. Technology should support human judgment, not replace it. Products don’t exist in isolation, and neither do people. Every design decision sits within a larger system of incentives, workflows, and human capacity.
