This project involves combining three separate company intranets into one in order to consolidate redundant files and content that fall under their parent company. The challenge comes in also ensuring that the architecture is flexible enough to allow for new companies that will continue to be onboarded.

The purpose of this application is to develop the user flow, experience and interface for managing all levels and types of an individual's life documents - giving them the ability to organize, access and easily manage any type of file, document or information from anywhere and on any device

This client, up until now, had been using paper-based, manual forms - sending and receiving via fax for farm credit applications. The process to develop an online application generated new back-end business management and overall user and administrative flow.

The objective for this project was to move their static website onto an intuitive, simplistic content management system that allowed for easy access, recommendation of new information architecture, social networking, sharing features, expandability and responsive design.

This project presented many challenges as the purpose was to take one business unit out from under the corporate website, developed 10+ years ago, understanding target audience, brand, competitors, existing content inventory, current and expected search strategy were all necessary in breaking this apart from the parent site.
This fortune 500 company had a great deal of projects to manage and outdated application. In upgrading, using their developers, they provided wireframes of how they wished the new application to run. I provided simplistic design, high-level user experience recommendations and front-end code structure for styling.
